We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team and support the day-to-day legal operations of our international iGaming business.
This role is ideal for a solid Middle-level legal professional with hands-on experience in the gambling or other high-risk industries who enjoys operational legal work in a fast-paced international environment.
You will work closely with the legal team, supporting corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating with internal stakeholders from Compliance, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day legal support for the company’s international operations.
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including contracts with software providers, affiliates, marketing agencies, B2B and B2C partners.
- Support corporate legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist with legal due diligence processes and preparation of transaction documentation related to business or asset acquisitions.
- Conduct legal due diligence of new projects and business initiatives.
- Monitor regulatory developments in the gambling industry and advise internal stakeholders on compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Compliance, Finance, Product, Marketing and Operations teams on legal matters.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors where required.
- Support risk assessment and dispute resolution activities.
- Assist with legal documentation related to corporate governance and international business operations.
Requirements:
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- 3+ years of legal experience within the iGaming, gambling or another high-risk industry.
- Practical experience supporting international business operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong knowledge of gambling regulations and licensing frameworks.
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience conducting legal due diligence.
- Understanding of corporate law and international corporate structures.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, with confidence working with legal documentation and participating in business communication in English.

- Experience supporting international holding structures.
- Knowledge of GDPR, IP and data protection matters.
- Experience with M&A transactions.
- Experience working in an in-house legal team within an international company.
