Our partner is a US-based company (New York) and a long-standing leader in the commercial office furniture and workplace solutions industry, with 85+ years on the market. As a certified women-owned business and an authorized dealer for major manufacturers, they help clients design, furnish, and equip modern work environments across the NYC, Long Island, and Westchester areas.
 

What you'll do

• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS workstations
• Manage users and access in Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — provisioning, de-provisioning, and Group Policy (GPO)
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace
• Troubleshoot networking issues — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN
• Log, track, and resolve tickets in the ITSM tool while keeping SLAs on target
• Deliver remote support via RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and SCCM
• Deploy and set up hardware — workstations, laptops, printers, and scanners
• Handle IT security basics — endpoint protection/EDR, MFA setup, password resets, and access control
   

What we're looking for (required)

• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and macOS
• Solid grasp of Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID), GPO, and user provisioning
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Exchange Online (Google Workspace a plus)
• Good networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN setup
• Experience with ticketing / ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or Spiceworks) and SLA management
• Comfortable with remote support tools — RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, SCCM
• IT security basics — endpoint protection, MFA, and access control
• Conversational spoken English — confident on calls and able to explain technical things in plain language for non-technical users
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, a customer-service mindset, patience with frustrated users, and clear written and verbal communication
   

Nice to have

• Basic PowerShell scripting for task automation
   

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary – Up to $1,500/month
• Probation – 3 months, fully paid
• PTO – 10 vacation days + ~10 US public holidays + 10 personal/sick days
• Equipment – Not provided by default. Negotiable.
• Payment Options – Crypto (white, legal, with proof of origin)
