Power Platform Solution Architect / Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Business Applications, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and leading complex business solutions, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable and high-value solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Microsoft Business Applications solutions, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Design complex solutions involving Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure integrations, and migration scenarios.
• Define solution architecture, technical roadmap, governance, and application lifecycle management (ALM) best practices.
• Support business stakeholders through discovery workshops, requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution blueprinting.
• Drive successful implementation using frameworks such as Success by Design and Catalyst.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor delivery teams, and ensure effective project execution.
• Support change management activities and adoption of implemented solutions.

Required  Skills

• Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications projects, including complex implementations, migrations, and integrations with Azure and other technologies.
• Expert knowledge of Power Platform capabilities and architecture and ability to apply them within enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Power Pages implementation and maintenance.
• Proven experience establishing ALM processes, governance models, and development standards.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and organizational change management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and presenting solutions to business and technical audiences.
• Strong combination of technical expertise, business understanding, commercial awareness, and project delivery skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive successful outcomes across complex engagements.
• Communicative level of English
• Tax residency in Ukraine is required

• MB280 – Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate
