Lawyer (Remote)

An international IT company operating in the affiliate marketing industry is looking for a Lawyer to join the team.

What you'll do

• Communicate with company registration agents and service providers.
• Conduct due diligence and reputation checks of companies and payment services.
• Draft, review, and maintain NDAs, service agreements, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and support agreements with contractors (sole proprietors/FOPs).
• Manage contracts related to advertising platforms and affiliate partnerships.
• Prepare documentation for banks and company registration agents.
• Assist with updating contracts, templates, and internal policies in English.
• Conduct legal research and monitor legislative changes.
• Prepare legal instructions, tables, and other supporting documentation.

What we're looking for

• English level B1 (Intermediate) or higher.
• Experience working with contracts and legal documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with different jurisdictions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
