  • Partnering with business leaders and senior management on strategic hiring initiatives;
  • Introducing new approaches to talent sourcing, assessment, and attraction.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Executive Search, headhunting, or strategic recruitment;
  • Strong command of direct sourcing techniques, including Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and Talent Mapping;

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and conduct complex negotiations;
  • High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset.

We offer:

  • A flexible hybrid work format with an office conveniently located near Beresteiska metro station;
  • A comprehensive wellbeing package, including private medical insurance, access to a corporate psychologist, and mental health support programs;

  • The opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of education, business, and society;
  • The chance to work alongside top professionals and industry leadersβ€” every role and every interview will broaden your professional perspective.

If you are passionate about finding not just candidates, but people who shape the future, and you want to work on roles that make a real impact, we would be delighted to get to know you.
