SEO Specialist
We're looking for an SEO professional who enjoys solving complex SEO challenges at scale.
This is not a traditional Link Building or Outreach role. We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, builds scalable processes, and leverages automation to drive long-term organic growth rather than relying solely on manual outreach.
You'll work on growing the authority and visibility of a large portfolio of international websites, where the challenge isn't optimizing a single project—it's designing repeatable SEO processes that deliver results across hundreds of domains.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute scalable off-page SEO strategies across a portfolio of international websites.
- Design, improve, and optimize scalable link acquisition processes instead of relying solely on traditional outreach.
- Research, test, and implement new approaches to accelerate organic growth.
- Analyze competitors and identify scalable SEO growth opportunities.
- Evaluate backlink quality using key SEO metrics such as Domain Rating (DR), referring domains, topical relevance, organic traffic, indexing status, and spam signals.
- Monitor backlink health, anchor profile, lost links, and overall backlink performance.
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, prospecting, competitor analysis, reporting, and overall workflow efficiency.
- Identify repetitive SEO tasks and automate them whenever possible.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, and Product teams to improve search visibility and organic performance.
Stay up to date with Google Search, AI Search, Bing, and emerging SEO trends to continuously improve our strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, Off-page SEO, Affiliate SEO, Link Building, or a related field.
- Experience working with international websites in competitive markets.
- Proven experience designing scalable SEO or link acquisition strategies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Sheets.
- Solid understanding of modern search ranking factors and backlink quality assessment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify scalable growth opportunities.
- Regular use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) as part of everyday SEO workflows.
- Experience automating repetitive SEO tasks or building scalable workflows.
- A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design processes rather than simply execute tasks.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English is prefered
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, Google Apps Script, or similar platforms.
- Basic scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or SQL for SEO automation.
- Experience managing SEO across large website portfolios.
- Experience in Affiliate SEO or highly competitive industries such as Gambling, Betting, Casino, Crypto, Nutra, Lead Generation, or similar.
- Experience using Screaming Frog or other SEO crawling tools.
- Hands-on experience applying AI to SEO research, competitor analysis, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Bing SEO and AI-driven search engines.
- Experience building internal SEO tools, dashboards, or automated reporting systems.
