Head of Family Investments

We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on professional to lead and oversee a diversified investment portfolio, structure assets, and coordinate key functions within a Family Office environment.
The Family Office focuses on high-risk investments, as well as personal tax and wealth planning. Its portfolio includes projects in iGaming and other adjacent high-risk industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of existing projects and analyze key operational and financial metrics.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities, including financial, legal, and partner due diligence.
• Conduct partner and counterparty reliability assessments.
• Structure transactions in cooperation with legal advisors, from negotiations through execution and signing.
• Develop and maintain efficient legal and tax structures for assets.
• Build and manage a team of specialists, including CFOs, legal advisors, recruiters, and other professionals as required.
• Coordinate external consultants and service providers.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with legal structures and high-risk industries such as iGaming, fintech, or other regulated/high-risk verticals.
• Solid understanding of financial and marketing metrics sufficient to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Experience in building and managing teams.
• Strong project management skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to quickly dive into new areas and operate independently without requiring detailed instructions.
• High level of responsibility, discretion, and strategic thinking.
