Accountant

We are a licensed online gambling and sports betting company officially operating in the Côte d’Ivoire market. We are looking for an Accountant who will take ownership of the accounting function for our local entities and collaborate closely with our international finance team.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for legal entities in Côte d’Ivoire.
• Maintain bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and expense control.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with OHADA standards and support reporting under IFRS.
• Monitor transactions with banks, PSPs (Payment Service Providers), and local payment agents.
• Calculate and submit taxes, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other local tax obligations.
• Prepare financial reports for management and the international HQ.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in improving accounting processes, automation, and implementation of new financial tools.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and cooperate with external consultants, tax advisors, and legal partners.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, Telecom, or international companies will be a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of OHADA accounting standards.
• Understanding of IFRS principles.
• Experience with accounting software such as 1C, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
• Good communication skills and experience working with international teams.
• English — Intermediate (B1+) or higher. Ability to prepare reports and communicate in English is required.
