Product Engineer (Onsite in Berlin)
This is a role for engineers who care about velocity and solving real customer problems. You won't just ship code - you'll own projects end-to-end, make core product and technical decisions, and shape the trajectory of the company. We don't have PMs. As a Product Engineer you'll manage features across the entire product lifecycle: deciding what to build, making trade-offs on what not to ship, and polishing features until they're genuinely delightful to use. If you're an engineer who has always wanted to move into product, or a PM who wants to go back to building - this is for you.

About the company
Every 10 minutes, 18 million conversations happen between businesses and consumers around the world. For decades, the consumer side of those conversations sucked: long queues, robotic menus, repeated explanations, and unhelpful advice. Most people today still can't simply say what their problem is in natural language when communicating with businesses.
AI changes that. For the first time, companies can have natural conversations with customers at massive scale. Every B2C company - from energy providers to telcos to insurers - will use AI agents to talk to their customers. The number of conversations businesses will handle is going to explode in the coming years.
We're solving the challenges that come with that shift. Leading B2C companies like Sky are already using our platform to deploy thousands of voice agents and deliver a genuinely new customer experience. Building a first voice agent is easy - getting it to drive real outcomes for customers and businesses is the hard part. We help companies build, deploy, and improve consumer-facing AI voice agents at scale. This will become one of the most important software categories of the next decade.
We are a small, AI-pilled team that likes to solve hard problems. In engineering, product, or GTM - we build, experiment, and move fast, while heavily leveraging the capabilities of AI models. We take real ownership, challenge ourselves, and keep a low-ego culture.
What we look for
Velocity - everything you do, you do with speed
High Agency - "I'll figure it out" mentality
High Ownership - nobody has to tell you what to do; you just do things
First Principles Thinking - you don't take what people say at face value; you understand the underlying problem
AI-pilled - you heavily leverage AI in your work
Comfort with ambiguity - you can jump into novel, ambiguous problems, understand the root cause, and solve them
Team thinking - you optimise for the engineering org's output, not your own
This probably isn't for you if
You prefer a remote-first environment
You want to be told exactly what to do
You mostly care about the tech, not business outcomes
You want to work 9-5
Ideal candidate
We need a full-stack engineer with a product-owner mindset, extreme velocity, and a high sense of agency. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of owning projects end-to-end, translating customer problems into solutions, and making pragmatic trade-offs. While the stack is TypeScript and Python, strong engineering fundamentals and a 'figure it out' mentality are far more important than specific language experience. Without evidence of high ownership and a bias for action (e.g., side projects, startup experience, key player in past roles), do not proceed. The culture is intense and built for those who want to be fully immersed. They expect new hires to ship to production on day one and have no code reviews to maximize speed. The team works in-person, often in pairs, and values acting quickly and fixing things later. This is not a typical engineering role; it's for someone who thrives on extreme ownership and velocity in a high-stakes startup environment.
