Senior CRM Manager (R and D Project)

We are an ambitious iGaming R&D project building our product from scratch for a regulated Tier 1 market. We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to own the CRM function end to end — from strategy and infrastructure to hands-on execution. You will drive player engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our player base from day one.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure & Deliverability: Set up, configure, and maintain CRM and messaging infrastructure (including warming up sending domains).
• Campaign & Lifecycle Management: Design, build, and optimize end-to-end communication chains (onboarding, retention, reactivation) across email, push, SMS, and messengers.
• Retention Mechanics: Design and manage bonus mechanics and promotional offers. Develop gamification elements like missions, tiers, rewards, and leaderboards.
• Data & Metrics: Segment the player database, run A/B tests, and take full accountability for core CRM metrics (Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU, Reactivation).
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all communications comply with GDPR and relevant Tier 1 regulatory requirements. Report on CRM performance to stakeholders.
   

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a CRM Manager, ideally within iGaming or another regulated, high-frequency-engagement industry.
• Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Customer.io and Smartico.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to build complex communication chains from scratch, with a strong understanding of bonus mechanics and gamification.
• Metrics & Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to own and improve core CRM metrics independently.
• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken).
