BI Analyst (RandD Project)

We are an ambitious iGaming R&D project building our product from scratch for a regulated Tier 1 market. We are looking for a BI Analyst who wants to act as a true data partner. You will turn player, financial, and marketing data into clear, actionable reporting that drives decisions across CRM, product, and finance. You will own our data models and dashboards end to end.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Dashboard Ownership: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Data Modeling & SQL: Build and maintain data models that consolidate CRM, product, and finance data into a single source of truth. Write and optimize SQL queries.
• KPI Tracking: Track and report on core KPIs, including GGR, NGR, deposits/withdrawals, FTDs, retention, churn, ARPU, and player LTV.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM, marketing, product, and finance teams to translate their needs into dashboards. Monitor data quality and support ad-hoc analysis for leadership.
   

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or another regulated, data-intensive industry.
• Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau. Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling principles (star schema, DAX, etc.).
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with core iGaming metrics is a strong plus.
• Soft Skills: Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English.
