B2B Sales Manager (m/w/d) – Native German - EdTech (ClassOwl)

Your Role

As a B2B Sales Manager, you are the face of ClassOwl to schools and educational institutions. You actively win new customers over the phone as well as in person at trade fairs and on-site meetings, guiding them from first contact through to close.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively acquire new B2B customers (schools, educational providers) through phone sales (outbound & inbound)
• Present and sell ClassOwl at education trade fairs, industry events, and in direct on-site sales
• Conduct product demos and consultation meetings (remote and in person)
• Lead negotiations and independently close deals
• Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships
• Document sales activities in the CRM and meet sales targets

Your Profile

• German at a native or business-fluent level (C1+) — mandatory
• Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, particularly phone sales
• Experience in trade fair and on-site direct sales
• Strong communication and closing skills as well as negotiation ability
• An independent, goal-oriented, and structured way of working
• Willingness to travel for trade fairs and customer meetings
• English skills an advantage; experience in the education or SaaS sector a plus
