HR / Operations Manager (Recruiting focus)
Degenhardt Group is a Swiss technology holding building software and IT ventures across Switzerland and Ukraine. Our Ukrainian engineering arm is scaling, and we're hiring our first dedicated HR & Recruiting Manager to build the people function from the ground up.
This is a part-time role for someone who wants ownership, not a task list. In the first months you'll design and run our hiring โ but the longer-term mandate is to make Degenhardt Group a company Ukrainian tech talent actively wants to join and stay with.
What you'll do
- Own the hiring funnel end-to-end for 2โ3 open roles at any time โ sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing candidates through to offer.
- Build our recruiting processes from scratch: intake, pipelines, evaluation criteria, candidate communication standards.
- Design HR policies and practices that strengthen retention and employer brand for our Ukrainian team.
- Keep the people operation organized and measurable โ track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and process quality.
- BONUS: Handle FOP accounting and administration for our Ukrainian contractors.
You'll thrive here if you
- Have run technical or mixed hiring pipelines and can build a process, not just fill a role.
- Are genuinely organized and self-directed โ this role has no one above you doing HR.
- Communicate fluently in English and Ukrainian.
- BONUS: Have hands-on FOP accounting experience.
Nice to have: German language skills; based in Kyiv; experience shaping HR/employer-branding in a small, growing company ca. 15 employees.
Setup: Part-time, remote (Kyiv-based is a plus for occasional in-person). Start from August or by agreement.
The given salary is to be understood as a full-time equivalent offer for a senior person. Bonuses excluded.
