Senior Product Designer
About the company
Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category — the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy — full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. We're the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we're accelerating.
Role overview
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the experience layer of our product. You design assumption tests, prototypes, and shipped flows that drive outcomes, not Figma decoration, and you attend every customer interview and sketch the next prototype within an hour of the interview ending. You sit inside a product trio (PM + Designer + Engineer) running continuous discovery: one shared outcome, one opportunity solution tree, joint discovery, no handoffs.
We ship continuously; the moment a treatment wins, it goes to 100% of users — no sprints, no batched releases.
Requirements:
5+ years in product design, with at least 2 in a continuous‑discovery environment.
Strong end‑to‑end product designer: UX, UI, interaction, prototyping — not visual‑only.
Shipped at least 5 production experiments where your design moved a real business metric.
Comfortable in Figma + code prototypes.
Has personally run 50+ usability tests.
Can sketch a prototype live during an interview‑synthesis session.
English C1+; your users are American real estate investors, and communication must be sharp and clear.
AI‑first by default — if you are not already using AI to 3x your output, you will be behind our engineers.
High ownership and strong decision‑making in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
What You'll Be Doing:
Attend every customer interview alongside the PM and Engineer — no exceptions — and take notes on friction in real time.
Map current end‑to‑end flows (every screen, every email, every SMS, every refund touch) and identify the highest‑friction moments with evidence.
Design assumption‑test prototypes built to disprove or validate the riskiest belief — not to look polished.
Build multiple prototype directions per test so the trio can pick, not just approve.
Run usability tests yourself and bring findings into the next iteration within 48 hours.
Ship winning treatments to 100% of users and kill losing ones publicly.
Pair tightly with engineering — no over‑the‑wall handoffs; you stay in the build until it ships.
Track changes in competitor experiences closely and know what they shipped before users tell you.
Lean into our highest‑stakes surfaces first: the buying experience, onboarding/activation, and trust moments around lead transparency and refunds, with stickiness (whether buyers come back) as the key outcome to move.
This is not for you if
Your portfolio is Dribbble shots with no shipped outcomes.
You hand off to engineering and walk away.
You have never sat in a customer interview.
You call yourself a "design lead" but have only managed people.
You're a pixel‑pusher who doesn't think in flows.
You want the problem fully defined before you're involved — discovery is your job, not someone else's.
What we expect from you (first 3 months)
We don't do long onboarding: access on day one, context in days, a real prototype in week one.
End of week 1: you have sat in on the first 5 buyer interviews, mapped the current purchase flow end‑to‑end, and identified the 5 highest‑friction moments with evidence.
End of month 1: you have designed and shipped the first assumption‑test prototype, built 3 alternative directions for the trio to choose between, and run 5 usability tests on the winner.
End of quarter 1 (the bar): the winning treatment is shipped to 100% of buyers, at least 2 production‑shipped flows are informed by tests you designed, and the trio's interview‑to‑prototype turnaround is established at 48 hours.
Nice to Have:
Marketplace or two‑sided platform design experience.
Background in trust UX (Stripe, Plaid, Shopify, Mercury, escrow, real estate).
Experience with AI‑driven UX (lead scoring, recommendations, chat).
Real estate customer empathy.
Visual identity / brand work with a premium direct‑response aesthetic.
