YOUR ROLE
As Brand Manager, you own the strategy, positioning, and creative direction across both of our brands : PILLAR Germany and Betsa, two complementary companies in the solar and construction space, united under one roof. Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, who owns the performance side, you shape how each brand looks, sounds, and is perceived and make sure both stay distinct, consistent, and true to their audiences.

- German at C1 level.
- Able to Travel to Germany when needed
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Define and steward the brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice for PILLAR and Betsa, keeping each brand distinct while managing them under one group
- Develop campaign concepts and creative direction that the performance side can execute and scale
- Own the content and creative pipeline, from briefs to copy, visuals, and assets across web, social, and print
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (website, landing pages, social, sales materials, print)
- Translate business goals into clear creative briefs for internal work and external partners (designers, agencies, freelancers)
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to make sure brand and performance pull in the same direction, creative that converts, not just looks good
- Own PR and external communications, press releases, media relations, and building the public presence of both brands
- Plan and organize our event presence, trade fairs, industry events, and company appearances, from concept to on-site execution
- Willing and able to travel to events and trade fairs, and to visit our office in Munich, Germany, when it is needed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven brand or marketing experience, ideally across more than one brand or in a group/multi-brand setting
- A strong sense for positioning, storytelling, and visual identity, you can make a brand feel like itself
- Solid creative judgment paired with commercial thinking, you understand that brand exists to drive the business
- Comfortable writing and reviewing German copy at a high standard
- Very good German (minimum C1) a short test task is part of our selection process
- Able to manage two brands in parallel without blurring them together
- Independent, reliable, and comfortable working fully remote
