Description

Our client from Retail are hiring a NetSuite Administrator to serve as the first line of support for our shared NetSuite ERP environment. This is a front-line, ticket-driven role focused on user support, account administration, and basic troubleshooting. You will partner closely with senior administrators and the broader IT team, gaining hands-on exposure to ERP operations, integrations, and process automation across two fast-moving prestige beauty brands.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their ERP or systems administration career who is eager to grow into a full NetSuite administration or technical support role.

 

Requirements
• 4–5 years of hands-on NetSuite exposure in an administration, support, or end-user capacity.
• Familiarity with the core NetSuite modules and end-to-end business processes, with emphasis on Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Demand to Buy, and 3PL / warehouse integration flows.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to triage, document, and escalate issues methodically.
• Comfort reading and interpreting logs, error messages, and integration outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tickets in a ticketing system (e.g., Freshservice, Jira, ServiceNow).

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

 

Preferred Qualifications
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification (or working toward it).
• Exposure to iPaaS / integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or similar).
• Basic understanding of SuiteScript, saved searches, and workflows.
• Experience supporting users across finance, operations, or supply chain functions.
• Familiarity with ecommerce tools

 

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite end-user support, triaging and resolving incoming tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Perform day-to-day account administration: user provisioning and deactivation, role assignments, permission adjustments, and basic security maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot common front-end issues including saved searches, dashboards, forms, fields, and transaction errors.
  • Escalate complex L2/L3 issues to senior administrators with clear, well-documented context and reproduction steps.
  • Provide first-line support for iPaaS / integration solutions — monitoring integration runs, reviewing logs and error queues, and identifying failed records for remediation.
  • Assist in reviewing system logs, error messages, and integration failures to help diagnose root cause.
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures for common requests and fixes.
  • Support user onboarding and training, helping new users navigate NetSuite effectively.
  • Assist senior administrators with testing, data cleanup, and routine system maintenance tasks.
