About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and expand relationships with enterprise clients. This role focuses on selling Data Engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud Transformation, and Digital Engineering services through a consultative, solution-based sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects across target industries.
  • Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, and solution architecture teams to develop compelling client solutions.
  • Expand existing client relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales, IT services sales, consulting sales, or digital transformation sales.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling one or more of the following: Cloud Services, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, Software Engineering, or Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience engaging with Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure-related services.
  • Background in technology consulting or professional services organizations.
  • Experience working with clients in Software & Platforms, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, CPG, Financial Services, or Supply Chain industries.
