Sales and VIP Team Leader
Novoplex is a group of companies that develop iGaming products and provide performance marketing services across multiple domains.
We are currently looking for a Sales & VIP Team Leader to lead a team of sales and VIP managers, ensure a high level of service for key clients, and drive the team's achievement of sales and VIP business targets.
What you will do:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales and VIP managers, ensuring high-quality service for key/VIP clients;
- Execute sales and VIP KPIs (NGR, Retention, Conversion to VIP), monitor Tableau data and metrics, analyze trends, and report on opportunities and problem areas;
- Assign daily/weekly/monthly tasks, monitor their progress, and ensure adherence to sales and VIP processes;
- Conduct QA: listen to calls, review correspondence with clients, hold regular one-to-one meetings, and provide constructive feedback;
- Onboard and train new sales reps and VIP managers, coaching them on product knowledge and best practices;
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop new bonuses and campaigns;
- Provide daily/weekly updates on team results and performance to management, and prepare monthly and salary reports.
What you will need for this:
- English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate+);
- Experience in the iGaming industry (sales or VIP/CRM background);
- Proven experience in team leadership (2+ years managing a sales or VIP team);
- Understanding of sales/VIP program metrics (NGR, RR, BR, retention, deposits, bets, etc.);
- Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI/analytics tools;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Strong reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
What will be a plus:
- Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools;
- Understanding of bonus and campaign strategy/mechanics;
- Conflict resolution and escalation-handling skills.
