Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to source, screen, and onboard independent creators and models for premium content collaborations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage talented creators through social platforms, communities, and referrals
• Conduct confidential screening and qualification calls
• Build long-term relationships with content creators
• Manage talent pipeline and onboarding process
• Collaborate with production team on project matching

Requirements:

• Solid experience in talent scouting, influencer recruitment, or model management
• Strong network and sourcing skills (Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Professional, discreet, and highly organized
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with maturity and confidentiality
• Self-starter who works well remotely
