Talent Sourcer (Executive Search)
About the role
Redcore is looking for a sourcer who can find the people who aren't in open search. This is executive level: C-level, heads of function, division directors โ the kind of people who don't browse job boards and don't apply to postings.
Responsibilities
-Sourcing passive candidates: LinkedIn, Google X-ray, ATS, HeadHunter and other tools
-Developing a sourcing strategy for specific executive roles together with recruiters
-Outreach across different channels and bringing candidates to initial contact
-Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future needs
-Working with the internal database: reviewing applicants from the corporate job site and other sources, keeping information up to date
-Coordinating vacancy postings across job boards
-Scheduling initial interviews for recruiters
-Developing professional networks, promoting the company's brand, analysing market information
-Maintaining Jira, ATS and the recruitment dashboard; ensuring job openings move through status stages on time
-Tracking sourcing metrics and reporting on progress
Participating in projects aimed at improving hiring efficiency
Requirements
-3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role
-Experience with executive vacancies
-Understanding of candidate sourcing principles, the recruitment process and job market trends
-Ability to work in a dynamic environment, within a large team, and on multiple vacancies simultaneously
-Attention to detail, strong communication and time-management skills
-Result orientation and a desire to learn
-Spoken English at B1+ level
