About the Project

Exodus Gaming is building a modern B2B SaaS platform for launching and managing online casino and betting products.

This is a mature production platform used by real operators—not an outsourcing project or MVP. The product includes player management, payments, bonus systems, loyalty programs, CRM, affiliate integrations, back office, and many third-party integrations.

You'll join a small, highly skilled engineering team where you'll have real ownership, contribute to architectural decisions, and build features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Develop new product features across both backend and frontend
• Design and implement scalable APIs and business logic
• Build responsive React interfaces
• Optimize application performance and reliability
• Work with PostgreSQL databases
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Deploy and support production services running on AWS

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong experience with React
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience with AWS (preferably ECS or similar container-based services)
• Experience building scalable production systems
• Understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and software architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills
• English sufficient for communication within the team

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Aurora
• Experience in FinTech, Gaming, Betting, or other high-load products
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
