We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Research Specialist to join our Marketing team.

This role is focused entirely on data operations: researching target companies, identifying decision-makers, enriching contact information, and preparing high-quality prospect lists for outbound campaigns.

This is not a traditional SDR role. You will not be responsible for outreach, lead qualification, or booking meetings. Instead, you will become a critical part of our outbound engine by ensuring the team always has accurate and highly targeted data to work with.

What You'll Do

• Research companies based on predefined ICPs and outbound hypotheses
• Identify relevant buyer personas and decision-makers
• Find and enrich contact information across multiple channels: Email, LinkedIn, other available sources
• Build highly targeted prospect segments for outbound campaigns
• Work with modern lead generation and enrichment tools
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate closely with the outbound team to improve targeting and campaign performance

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with some of these tools: Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Smartlead, PhantomBuster, Claude
• Previous experience working in a B2B environment

We are looking for a Customer Support who will become a part of our team!

What are you going to do:

• Information and technical support of existing and new clients online via chat or e-mail;
• Work with tickets in the Zendesk system (database of customer requests);
• Development and maintenance of the existing customer base;
• Analysis of the company's services and products, search and control of problem solving (together with the company's technical specialists);
• Performing other tasks of the head.

What are we looking for:

• At least B2 English level;
• Higher education (can be incomplete and preferably technical)
• Understanding of the basic principles of the Internet
• Experience working with email service
• Responsibility

• Бюджетний процес: Операційний супровід та адміністрування поточних заявок у межах бюджету.
• Звітність: Систематичне оновлення та актуалізація звітів про рух грошових коштів (Cash Flow).
• Аналітика: Консолідація фінансових даних для підготовки управлінської звітності керівництву.
• Адміністративна підтримка: Виконання поточних операційних доручень головного фінансиста компанії.

Наші очікування від кандидата:

• Освіта: Вища профільна освіта (фінанси, економіка, облік та аудит).
• Досвід роботи: Від 2–3 років на аналогічній або суміжній посаді (молодший фінансист, асистент, бухгалтер-економіст).
• Технічні навички: Впевнений користувач 1С та MS Excel.

• Мови: Володіння англійською мовою буде суттєвою перевагою при відборі.
