About the role

I'm currently looking for a Google Ads Media Buyer to join a fast-growing international digital marketing business focused on the US market.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing, enjoys testing, scaling campaigns, and making decisions based on data.

What you'll be doing:

• Launching and managing Google Ads campaigns

• Testing new angles, creatives and audiences

• Optimizing campaigns toward CPA and ROAS targets

• Scaling profitable campaigns

• Analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions

• Working closely with the creative and marketing teams

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid Google Ads experience

• Understands performance marketing fundamentals

• Can independently launch and optimize campaigns

• Is comfortable working with budgets and reporting

• Speaks English at a working level

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in lead generation, subscription products, dating, or other competitive verticals

• Experience with tracking tools, analytics, and attribution
