We're seeking a talented Landing Page & Creative Designer to build high-converting

landing pages and creative assets for two core verticals: gadget e-commerce

(Cash On Delivery) and gambling/casino marketing.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for end-to-end creation of landing pages, visual creative,

and sales video for gadget products and casino campaigns. You'll work on

materials that drive real conversions and direct ROI.

This is the perfect role if you love creating designs that sell and convert.

Your Core Responsibilities

🎨 Landing Page Design & Development

Create high-converting landing pages using WordPress, Elementor, Shopify

Design persuasive layouts optimized for mobile and desktop

Implement design systems and reusable components

Optimize for speed, SEO, and conversion rates

Collaborate with copywriters on messaging and CTAs

🖼️ Visual Creative Assets

Create images and designs for gadget products (using Canva, Adobe)

Produce creative for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, affiliate networks

Design banners, hero images, product showcases

Manage asset library and variations for A/B testing

Adapt designs for multiple languages and European markets

🎬 Video Editing & Short-Form Content

Edit short sales videos for gadget products (15-60 seconds)

Create engaging video hooks for casino/gambling campaigns

Edit videos with effects, transitions, motion graphics

Produce thumbnails for YouTube ads and video content

Optimize for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts

🎰 Creative for Gambling/Casino

Design banners and visuals for casino campaigns

Create compelling visual copy and offers that attract players

Produce teaser creative for affiliate casino networks

Understand casino marketing psychology and player messaging

🤖 AI-Assisted Design & Copywriting

Use Canva, Claude, ChatGPT for accelerated ideation

Generate copy with AI and refine for conversion

Use Gemini and AI tools for research and inspiration

Use Cursor for template optimization and CSS

✓ Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini - Daily use (ideation, copywriting assist)

✓ Cursor - Familiar (code editing, template optimization)

✓ Video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)

Design & Creative:

✓ Copywriting basics - can write persuasive headlines, benefits, CTAs

✓ Graphic design - understands color psychology, visual hierarchy, consistency

✓ Landing page psychology - knows Neuro-marketing, AIDA model, scarcity tactics

✓ E-commerce conversion - understands what converts in online stores

✓ A/B testing mindset - iterates design based on performance data

Domain Knowledge (Critical):

✓ Gadget e-commerce - knows COD market, products, buyer personas

✓ Gambling/casino marketing - understands messaging, compliance, player psychology

What You'll Build

Gadget Vertical:

- Landing pages for products: air conditioners, chainsaws, grass trimmers, etc.

- Creative for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, affiliate networks

- 15-30 second sales videos that convert

- Email creative for follow-up campaigns

- A/B test variations to optimize ROAS

Gambling Vertical:

- Landing pages for casino affiliate offers

- Banner and visual creative for player acquisition

- Video teasers and offer promotions

- Compliance-friendly messaging (no false claims)

- Multi-language adaptation (DE, IT, ES, etc.)

Compensation

Salary Structure:

• Gadget vertical: €500-€700/month (depends on experience/quality)

• Gambling vertical: €700-€1,000/month (higher for complexity)

• Both verticals: €1,200-€1,500+/month (performance-based)

• Performance bonuses: Based on conversion/ROAS of your designs

Timeline:

- Week 1-2: Trial period to evaluate fit and quality

- Week 3+: Compensation increases based on performance

- Ongoing: Bonus potential as you hit KPIs (ROAS, conversions)

Work Arrangement:

- 100% remote, flexible hours
