Job Summary

We are looking for a Risk and Anti-Fraud Analyst to protect our CS2 skins gambling platform from fraud, bonus abuse, payment risks, and suspicious user activity. You will review real-time alerts, investigate cases across Gaming, Payments, and KYC, and take appropriate actions such as additional verification, limits, withdrawal holds, or account blocking.
 

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • 3+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk management, fraud investigations, or similar operational risk roles within fintech, payments, iGaming, or online gambling.
  • Mandatory experience with online gambling or casino products.
  • Hands-on experience with SEON or a similar anti-fraud platform.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud, and account takeovers.
  • Ability to independently manage high-volume alert and investigation queues.
  • Experience working with fraud-monitoring tools, operational dashboards, APIs, and analytics systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and psychological resilience.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for technical collaboration in a remote/global team setting.
  • Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.
     

Your Advantage (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with KYC or AML providers.
  • Experience with CS2 skins, virtual items, crypto, or digital marketplaces.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Technical background or familiarity with APIs and system logs.
  • Experience with UAT, beta testing, or fraud-tool rollouts.
  • Knowledge of online gambling compliance standards.
     

Ideal Candidate

You are analytical, decisive, and comfortable making high-impact risk decisions under tight deadlines. You can evaluate multiple fraud signals, document cases clearly, identify emerging patterns, and balance fraud prevention with a fair experience for legitimate users.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review fraud alerts, risk scores, rule triggers, and behavioral signals.
  • Investigate suspicious deposits, withdrawals, bets, payouts, bonuses, KYC cases, and account activity.
  • Detect bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud, account takeovers, and collusion.
  • Apply limits, verification checks, withdrawal holds, restrictions, or account blocks.
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready case documentation.
  • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to Payments, Compliance, Trading, or other relevant teams.
  • Identify new fraud patterns and suggest improvements to rules, scoring models, and workflows.
  • Test internal risk tools and report bugs, false positives, and logic gaps.
  • Support junior analysts and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
