We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building long-term partnerships within the iGaming and GameDev industries.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new clients in the iGaming and GameDev markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct negotiations, presentations, and online meetings.
- Understand clients' business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline until contract signing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
Collaborate closely with the Sales, Lead Generation, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth client acquisition process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the iGaming and/or GameDev industries.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing and outstaffing business models.
- Successful track record of acquiring new clients and closing deals.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
Results-driven, proactive, and able to manage the full sales cycle independently.
