Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building long-term partnerships within the iGaming and GameDev industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract new clients in the iGaming and GameDev markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct negotiations, presentations, and online meetings.
  • Understand clients' business needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline until contract signing.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Lead Generation, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth client acquisition process.

     

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the iGaming and/or GameDev industries.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing and outstaffing business models.
  • Successful track record of acquiring new clients and closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to manage the full sales cycle independently.
