Endpoint Developer

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Developer to design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in endpoint configuration, software deployment, device management, scripting, operating system management, and endpoint security. This role involves collaborating with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficiently managed endpoint environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain endpoint management solutions for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Develop automation scripts for software deployment, configuration management, patching, and system administration.
• Create and maintain endpoint deployment packages using enterprise management tools.
• Implement endpoint configuration policies and security baselines.
• Develop solutions for operating system deployment, imaging, and device provisioning.
• Configure and manage application packaging, deployment, and updates.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues related to hardware, operating systems, applications, and security.
• Develop PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts to automate endpoint administration tasks.
• Integrate endpoint management solutions with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud services.
• Support endpoint lifecycle management, including onboarding, provisioning, maintenance, and retirement.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and remediate configuration or security issues.
• Participate in vulnerability remediation and endpoint hardening initiatives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement endpoint protection controls.
• Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and enterprise endpoint transformation projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–8+ years of experience in endpoint management or endpoint engineering.
• Strong understanding of Windows desktop administration and endpoint management.
• Experience developing automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Experience with endpoint deployment and software distribution.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust security models.
• Knowledge of endpoint security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or Windows 365.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for endpoint automation.
• Experience with enterprise application packaging and virtualization.
• Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104) or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities in Production Support

• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance.
• Resolve endpoint incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Deploy security patches and software updates.
• Maintain endpoint security posture and compliance.
• Support disaster recovery and endpoint restoration activities.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for endpoint-related issues.
