We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales / Business Development Manager who can combine Sales, Business Development, and Account Management responsibilities throughout the entire client lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is able to independently generate new business, build long-term partnerships, grow existing accounts, and manage clients from the first contact through deal closure and payment completion.
We are also open to experienced Sales Managers or Account Managers with a strong background in B2B sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
- Work with your own network and warm client database.
- Conduct negotiations and close commercial deals.
- Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to payment completion.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Monitor contracts, invoices, and payment processes.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Mobile Marketing.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Must have an existing warm network of contacts within the Mobile Marketing industry (agency contacts are highly preferred).
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing, DSP, Programmatic, CPI, CPA, and other performance marketing models.
- Knowledge of key performance metrics such as CTR, CR, CPC, ROI, LTV, and CPA.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Self-driven, commercially minded, and able to work independently.
- Startup experience is considered an advantage.
