We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales / Business Development Manager who can combine Sales, Business Development, and Account Management responsibilities throughout the entire client lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is able to independently generate new business, build long-term partnerships, grow existing accounts, and manage clients from the first contact through deal closure and payment completion.

We are also open to experienced Sales Managers or Account Managers with a strong background in B2B sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
  • Work with your own network and warm client database.
  • Conduct negotiations and close commercial deals.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to payment completion.
  • Develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Monitor contracts, invoices, and payment processes.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Mobile Marketing.
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Must have an existing warm network of contacts within the Mobile Marketing industry (agency contacts are highly preferred).
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing, DSP, Programmatic, CPI, CPA, and other performance marketing models.
  • Knowledge of key performance metrics such as CTR, CR, CPC, ROI, LTV, and CPA.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, and able to work independently.
  • Startup experience is considered an advantage.
