About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, client-facing professional who can own the full customer journey โ€” from product demos through onboarding and ongoing support. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our product and have a smooth, responsive experience at every stage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos for prospective and existing clients
  • Lead onboarding calls, guiding new clients through setup and first steps
  • Provide client support โ€” answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns
  • Manage all client communication via email in a professional, timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work strictly within EST hours
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable leading calls and presenting to clients
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
