About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, client-facing professional who can own the full customer journey โ from product demos through onboarding and ongoing support. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our product and have a smooth, responsive experience at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demos for prospective and existing clients
- Lead onboarding calls, guiding new clients through setup and first steps
- Provide client support โ answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns
- Manage all client communication via email in a professional, timely manner
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work strictly within EST hours
- Strong communication skills, comfortable leading calls and presenting to clients
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
