We integrate medical documents, wearables, biomarkers, and preventive analytics into one simple and beautifully designed app that empowers users to take ownership of their health.
Our MVP is live on the App Store, our advisory board includes top figures from CharitΓ© and N26, and the product already has a strong design foundation.
Current Setup
We're looking for a Co-founder β Creative Director to shape and elevate the ONU Health brand, build out our web presence, and bring a strong creative vision to how we show up in the world. The salary will be paid once the funding round is concluded β August/September.
We have 12 VCs interested in investing and first paying customers!
Your Role
As a founding Creative Director, you will be closely working with our tech team and CEO, leading brand and creative direction to:
- Own and evolve the ONU Health brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain our websites, ensuring they reflect the brand and convert.
- Creative direct campaigns, content, and visual storytelling for the brand.
- Shape the next generation of the ONU Health brand experience β from first impression to long-term trust.
- Partner with founders and the team to translate complex health and AI concepts into simple, compelling brand narratives.
- Contribute to content strategy, photography/video direction, and marketing assets.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the ONU Health brand system, ensuring scalability and coherence.
- Design, build, and maintain the brand's websites and landing pages.
- Creative direct all brand output β campaigns, social, product marketing, and partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the team to ensure brand consistency across product and marketing.
- Continuously refine the brand using feedback, performance data, and market insights.
- Contribute to overall brand strategy and creative direction of the company.
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or a related field, preferably in startups or consumer brands.
- Strong command of design and web-building tools; experience with a CMS like Webflow is a plus.
- Experience building and shipping websites end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and storytelling.
- Solid grasp of content, campaign direction, and creative strategy.
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end brand and creative work.
- Interest in healthtech, AI, or digital well-being.
- Fluent in English
