About the Role

You will act as a key point of coordination between customers, the EU sales team, and internal operations.
 

This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role with significant ownership, ideal for someone building a career in operations within a product-based organization.

Working hours: 9 AM-6 PM Kyiv time.
 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to quotes, orders, and delivery status
  • Follow up on submitted RFQs/RFPs 
  • Maintain and update customer records including contact, shipping, and billing information
     

Logistics & Delivery Execution

  • Communicate delivery schedules and status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
     

Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment


     

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Support 
  • Experience supporting B2B customers, ideally across European markets
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Structured, problem-solving mindset
  • Upper-Intermediate English
