ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're looking for a strong operational leader who can build structure where it's missing, establish operational discipline, and create scalable processes that support business growth. This role requires someone who drives execution, ensures accountability, and turns operational excellence into measurable business results. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Design, implement, and optimize operational processes, planning, reporting, and execution frameworks.
• Build systems for monitoring task execution, ensuring accountability, and maintaining operational discipline across teams.
• Drive consistent execution by ensuring commitments, deadlines, and business objectives are delivered.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, business metrics, Unit Economics, and P&L to identify opportunities for improving business performance.
• Lead process automation and implement operational tools that increase transparency and efficiency.
• Build and maintain internal documentation, knowledge bases, operational standards, and best practices.
• Develop an operational model capable of supporting the rapid growth of multiple media buying teams while maintaining structure, efficiency, and control.
   

ABOUT YOU:

• 4+ years of experience as a COO, Head of Operations, or another senior operational leadership role.
• A highly structured, disciplined, and execution-focused leader who sets high standards, holds teams accountable, and consistently delivers measurable business outcomes. 
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from the ground up.
• Strong expertise in KPIs, business metrics, Unit Economics, and P&L management.
• Experience implementing reporting systems, operational planning, and process automation.
• Comfortable leading growing teams and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-scaling environment.

• Experience implementing CRM, ERP, or other operational management systems.
