Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a manual QA engineer to work in a dedicated team on an AI-based project. The candidate must have a solid understanding of AI and hands-on experience of using AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to speed up the testing process.

Responsibilities:

• Performing testing of sprint tasks (functional and smoke testing);
• Executing regression testing before releases;
• Creating, updating, and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases);
• Collaborating closely with developers and product team to clarify requirements and reproduce issues;
• Suggesting improvements to testing processes, automation coverage, and overall product quality.

Requirements:

• Day to day using AI tools to perform;
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC;
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams;
• Experience writing and maintaining test cases, checklists, test plans with AI;
• Ability to analyse logs, results, and detect root causes of failures;
• Ability to accelerate testing processes by leveraging AI tools (e.g., generating test scripts, test data, or documentation using AI).

Would be a plus:

• Practical experience with automation testing using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium (UI automation);
• API automation experience using Postman and/or REST Assured;
• Experience with performance or load testing (e.g., JMeter, k6);
• Experience with test reporting dashboards (Allure, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.);
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and test execution in cloud pipelines;
• Familiarity with best practices of Clean Code and test automation architecture.
