Weβre looking for an experienced HR Manager who is passionate about people, employee development and building a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR Business Partner role
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, policies and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience supporting distributed international teams across multiple locations and time zones
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end HR support to assigned teams, including onboarding, regular 1:1 meetings, career development, performance support and employee engagement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Participate in performance review cycles and support managers throughout the process
- Build trusted relationships with employees and managers, acting as a reliable HR partner
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Create risk assessment for each employee and proactively identify departure risks and contingency options
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture and improve the overall employee experience
Support and participate in employer branding and HR branding initiatives
