About the Role

We are looking for a Middle+ Graphics Designer to work on the visual direction of two product areas: CCTV and Slots.

We are looking for a strong graphic designer with experience creating digital creatives, game assets, and marketing visuals. The ideal candidate understands iGaming/gaming aesthetics, can create engaging visuals, and knows how design impacts product and marketing performance.

This role requires not only strong visual skills but also an understanding of audiences, acquisition channels, brand consistency, and business goals behind creative production.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing creatives for both products:
  
   
  • banners;
  • promotional materials;
  • social media visuals;
  • landing page assets;
  • email/push creatives;
  • partner and affiliate materials.
• Develop game-related visuals:
  
   
  • icons;
  • symbols;
  • promo art;
  • slot visuals;
  • character and atmosphere concepts.
• Produce creative assets for Retention, Traffic, and Affiliate campaigns.
• Adapt creatives for different formats, channels, audience segments, and GEOs.
• Prepare ASO and app/store visual assets.
• Maintain brand consistency and follow visual guidelines across products.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, marketing, and product teams.
• Create and adapt visual materials for multilingual and multi-GEO campaigns.
• Produce a high volume of creative variations while maintaining quality and consistency.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer.
• Experience creating 2D game art and understanding casino/iGaming visual aesthetics.
• Experience with iGaming, gambling, gaming, or similar creative projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world work:
  
   
  • marketing creatives;
  • promotional materials;
  • digital campaigns.
• Advanced skills in:
  
   
  • Adobe Photoshop;
  • Adobe Illustrator;
  • Figma.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
• Experience producing multiple creative variations under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
• Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams.

Nice to Have

• Motion design skills:
  
   
  • After Effects;
  • animated banners;
  • video creatives.
• Experience creating ASO and performance marketing creatives.
• Understanding of paid acquisition creative principles.
• Basic knowledge of creative performance metrics:

Compensation:

• Salary range: $1,300–1,800, depending on experience and skill level.
• Probation period compensation is discussed individually within the agreed salary range.

Probation Period

The probation period is 1 month.

During this period, we evaluate the quality of creative work, speed of execution, independence, and alignment with the team’s product and design approach.
