About the Role

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a product mindset, understands user behavior, and has experience designing interfaces for gaming, iGaming, fintech, or similar high-load digital products.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Create mobile-first interfaces optimized for usability and performance.
- Design gaming experiences for slot products, including gameplay flows, autoplay, bonus mechanics, character states, and win/lose screens.
- Design product flows such as onboarding, KYC, wallet (deposits/withdrawals), VIP, notification center, and Provably Fair verification.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system, including components, variants, and design tokens.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and developer-friendly handoff.
- Improve product metrics through UX optimization, product analytics, A/B testing, and close collaboration with Product, CRM, and Retention teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile products.
- Experience in iGaming, Gaming, FinTech, or similar industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, responsive layouts, and interface performance.
- Ability to design user journeys based on business goals and product metrics rather than visual aesthetics alone.
- Experience preparing high-quality developer handoff.
- English at an intermediate working level or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions (including Framer Motion specifications).
- UX research experience.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective communication with frontend developers.
- Experience designing gamification features such as missions, tournaments, achievements, loyalty, or VIP systems.
What We’re Looking For
We value designers who think beyond visuals and focus on solving business and user problems through design.
The ideal candidate:
- Takes ownership of design decisions.
- Works collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Uses AI as a productivity tool rather than a substitute for critical thinking.
- Demonstrates professionalism, honesty, and strong teamwork skills.
What We Offer
- Full-time remote position.
- Competitive compensation of $1,800–2,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Opportunity to work on innovative gaming products with modern technologies.
- A collaborative product team focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Probation Period
The probation period is 1 month. Compensation during this period is determined individually based on the candidate’s level and agreed salary range.
