Role

The goal of this role is prospects identification, gradual nurturing, intelligent acquisition, reactivation of lost conversations, customer retention, and building long-term loyalty through classic lifecycle marketing.

You will own our CRM strategy and communication channels—including email, SMS, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other specialized channels—covering everything from campaigns to the automations that keep prospects and customers engaged.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the email, CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
  • Develop automation workflows, customer journeys, segmentation, and campaigns that keep customers engaged across channels.
  • Manage full-cycle CRM and email marketing: campaign planning, setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Manage multichannel communications (email, push, SMS, Viber, LinkedIn, X, and other channels) with a focus on consistency and timing.
  • Build audience segmentation using behavioral, lifecycle, and RFM models to improve relevance and conversion.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows and drip campaigns.
  • Personalize communications using dynamic content and user-based logic.
  • Run A/B tests (content, subject lines, timing, campaign mechanics).
  • Coordinate marketing, prospecting, content, and CRM resources to manage prospects, customer communications, and engagement automation.
  • Continuously improve customer engagement throughout the lifecycle.
  • Quickly learn our domain, terminology, and customer segments.
