Sales Manager (Social Media)

We are seeking proactive and results-driven talents to support our global expansion by acquiring and managing high-quality users. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting individuals into verified, active users in the project, while maintaining long-term engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with 500+ hot leads daily communicating in various channels (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Telegram)
- Convert hot leads from marketing team into verified users, ensuring successful onboarding and activation
- Build trust with potential users and guide them through the registration, verification, and initial setup flows
- Clearly communicate projectβs value, benefits, and expectations
- Optimize the onboarding journey by improving conversion rates and minimizing drop-offs across the funnel
- Ensure users are consistently contactable and responsive, addressing any blockers in a timely manner
Work closely with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency and user quality
Requirements:
- Spanish native or at least C2, English B1+
- Ability to work with big loads of leads daily in various social media channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence users effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on conversion, retention, and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and comfortable working in a fast-pace & target-driven environment
- Pro-active approach with the desire to contribute to the project
