Sales Manager (Social Media)

We are seeking proactive and results-driven talents to support our global expansion by acquiring and managing high-quality users. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting individuals into verified, active users in the project, while maintaining long-term engagement and performance. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Work with 500+ hot leads daily communicating in various channels (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Telegram)
  • Convert hot leads from marketing team into verified users, ensuring successful onboarding and activation 
  • Build trust with potential users and guide them through the registration, verification, and initial setup flows 
  • Clearly communicate project’s value, benefits, and expectations
  • Optimize the onboarding journey by improving conversion rates and minimizing drop-offs across the funnel 
  • Ensure users are consistently contactable and responsive, addressing any blockers in a timely manner 
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency and user quality 

     

Requirements: 

 

  • Spanish native or at least C2, English B1+ 
  • Ability to work with big loads of leads daily in various social media channels 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence users effectively 
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on conversion, retention, and performance metrics 
  • Ability to work independently and comfortable working in a fast-pace & target-driven environment 
  • Pro-active approach with the desire to contribute to the project
