We are a global group of companies operating since 2015. We run multiple B2C sports betting and casino brands and are focused on Tier 1-2 markets.

 

We are looking for a versatile HR professional who can handle both day-to-day HR activities and the development and improvement of internal company processes.

The role covers various areas of HR, including the employee lifecycle, internal processes, documentation, HR systems, communications, and organizational development. The exact scope of responsibilities and seniority level will depend on the candidate’s experience and strengths.

 

Responsibilities

* Support core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and the employee lifecycle.
* Maintain, develop, and improve internal HR processes, procedures, and policies.
* Work with HRM / HRIS systems and maintain employee databases.
* Prepare, document, and update job descriptions, instructions, policies, and internal documentation.
* Gather information from managers and support the documentation and improvement of existing business and HR processes.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Participate in the development of performance management and other HR practices.
* Work with organizational structures, roles, and areas of responsibility.
* Develop internal communications and corporate HR practices.
* Prepare HR analytics, reports, and data to support management decision-making.
* Optimize and automate routine HR processes.
* Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR-related matters.
* Participate in the implementation of new HR systems, tools, and processes.
* Handle other HR-related tasks depending on the company’s current needs and growth.

 

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in HR.
* Practical understanding of core HR processes.
* Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, HRBP, HR Specialist, or in a similar role.
* Ability to work systematically with processes, information, and data.
* High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to organize work independently and drive tasks to completion.
* Experience with HRM / HRIS systems is an advantage.
* Experience in documenting or building HR processes is an advantage.
* Experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
* Practical, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.

We are open to candidates with different HR backgrounds and levels of seniority. Practical experience, independence, and the ability to improve processes are more important to us than a specific previous job title.
