Outbound Sales Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and tech-savvy Sales/SDR Specialist who knows how to close leads and drive deals to completion.
What you will do:
• Complete technical and strategic setup of outbound campaigns from scratch (specifically using Reply.io and similar tools).
• Writing effective, personalized email sequences (initial emails, follow-ups) tailored to the specifics and mindset of different countries (configuring scheduling for sending in 4 days, a week, a month, etc.).
• Independent collection, parsing, cleaning, and deep analysis of prospect databases (Lead Generation).
• Full-cycle sales: From the first cold contact and lead qualification to handling objections and successful deal closure.
Our expectations:
• Proven experience launching cold sales from scratch in the EU, US, and Ukrainian markets.
• Expert proficiency in automation tools: Deep practical knowledge of Reply.io (or similar platforms like Lemlist, Woodpecker, Apollo, etc.).
• Ability to systematically analyze databases, segment audiences, and build automation logic.
• English proficiency sufficient for writing native email sequences and conducting negotiations (B2+).
