About the Role
We are seeking proactive and results-driven talents to support our global expansion by acquiring and managing high-quality users.
This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting individuals into verified, active users on the platform, while maintaining long-term engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain relationships with individuals, communities, or agencies who can refer quality users.
- Identify and onboard potential users, promote platform features and ensure that all users comply with platform standards โ real identity verification, authentic behavior, and consistent activity.
- Build successful user acquisition campaigns throughout different social media channels (Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram).
- Monitor and analyze user performance using internal reporting tools.
- Stay up to date on local trends in social networking, entertainment, and user engagement.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of local online culture, trends, and user behavior
- Proven experience in business development, user acquisition, influencer / agency partnerships, or online community management. Candidates from modelling agency or with the wide network of KOLs/streamers will be preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both local (Spanish) and English languages.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, communication apps, or online
community tools. - Ability to work independently and comfortable working in a dynamic,
startup-like environment with performance-based goals. - Analytical mindset โ able to interpret data and optimize performance.
