Who are we searching for?
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help build the next generation of our product: AI-powered finance agents that automate financial workflows for startups and SMBs.
You'll join at the moment this transition is happening β the work is greenfield, fast-moving, and shipped to real paying customers. You'll own features end-to-end across the stack, from architecture decisions to production monitoring, and build with AI as your default workflow. This isn't a role for someone who waits for tickets; it's for an engineer who spots problems, proposes solutions, and ships.
The team
You'll join a team of 4 engineers, 1 QA, and a Product Owner, reporting to the Head of Engineering.
What will you build?
- AI finance agents: forecasting, financial analytics, automated workflows
- MCP infrastructure and the agent orchestration layer
- Integrations with accounting platforms, banks, and payment systems (QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe)
- Dashboards, access controls, and reporting infrastructure
What are your responsibilities?
- Design, build, and own features end-to-end across the stack β from architecture decisions to production monitoring
- Build with AI as your default workflow: agentic coding tools with proper codebase context and end-to-end test verification
- Develop agentic AI workflows: LLM-powered features with proper context management, tool use, and automated end-to-end testing
- Make pragmatic technology choices and defend them β weighing cost, speed, and long-term maintainability
- Identify problems and propose solutions before they're assigned to you
- Keep security and data integrity at the core of everything
- Estimate, communicate risks early, and ship fast without cutting corners that matter
What are the preferred requirements for the role?
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with real depth
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development (a must) β not just chat-based usage: you know how to build agentic coding workflows, feed the right codebase context to models, and verify AI output with end-to-end testing
- Proficiency in both frontend and backend development
- TypeScript, Node.js (Nest.js), React
- SQL, MongoDB
- AWS knowledge
- B2/C1 English level
- Experience enhancing system and infrastructure security
- Proactive approach
- Comfortable with startup mode: shifting priorities, fast pace, high ownership
Will be a plus:
- Experience with LLM APIs in production (Anthropic, OpenAI), RAG
- Fintech background or experience on security-focused projects
- Knowledge of one of the following: C#, Java, Go, Python
- Early-stage startup experience
- Experience with infrastructure setup
This role won't fit if:
- You wait for clarity instead of creating it
- AI tooling is something you've read about rather than used daily
- You prefer a stable roadmap over shifting priorities and high ownership
Recruitment Process:
- Soft skills interview with the recruiter
- System Design & Experience Review with the Head of Engineering
- Culture fit interview with the VP of Operations
- Final Interview with the CEO
Why work with us?
- Build the future of finance work β design AI-native finance products, not just maintain them
- Rapid skills improvement
- Growth opportunities according to our seniority grading (it comes with a compensation increase)
- Flexible schedule and time-off policy
- 18 days of paid vacation per year, paid sick leaves
