For our client/partner, we are looking for an experienced

Head of Affiliates (LATAM) to build and lead the entire Customer Support function for a new international iGaming project at the pre-launch stage.

About Role
Head of Affiliates ( LATAM) will lead and scale our affiliate marketing function for the LATAM market.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who deeply understands the iGaming affiliate ecosystem, has strong relationships within the industry, and knows how to build profitable affiliate partnerships from the ground up.

You will be responsible for developing the affiliate strategy, launching the affiliate program, managing key partners, driving player acquisition, and ensuring sustainable growth across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets.

The role is fully remote and requires fluent Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the affiliate marketing strategy for the LATAM market.
  • Launch, manage, and scale the company’s affiliate program from the pre-launch stage.
  • Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners.
  • Develop long-term relationships with affiliates, media buyers, networks, and key industry partners.
  • Own affiliate acquisition targets, performance KPIs, budgets, and ROI.
  • Negotiate CPA, RevShare, hybrid, and custom commercial deals.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, conversion rates, and player value.
  • Work closely with product, CRM, BI, legal, payments, and marketing teams to optimize performance.
  • Ensure affiliate activities comply with internal policies, brand guidelines, and market regulations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and affiliate opportunities across LATAM.
  • Build reporting processes, performance dashboards, and transparent partner communication.
  • Represent the company at relevant iGaming events, conferences, and partner meetings when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the LATAM iGaming market, especially Spanish-speaking markets.
  • Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
  • Solid existing network of affiliates, media buyers, and industry partners.
  • Experience launching or scaling affiliate programs for casino, betting, or gaming products.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare, hybrid deals, player acquisition, retention, and LTV.
  • Ability to analyze traffic quality, conversion funnels, ROI, and partner performance.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in an early-stage environment.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and business thinking.
  • Comfortable working remotely with international teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with online casino products in LATAM.
  • Portuguese language skills.
  • Existing relationships with top LATAM affiliate partners.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, BI dashboards, or CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in a pre-launch or startup-stage iGaming product.
  • Understanding of local LATAM payment methods, regulations, and player behavior.
