We’re currently scaling our outbound sales engine and are looking for an AI-driven Lead Generation Manager who can combine analytical thinking, AI tools, and personalized communication to generate qualified business opportunities.

 

About the role

This is not a traditional Lead Generation position.

We already have an automated LinkedIn outbound infrastructure with multiple accounts, AI-powered workflows, and lead sourcing processes.

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, deeply analyze prospects, understand our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and craft highly personalized conversations that convert prospects into Discovery Calls.

Your success won’t be measured by the number of messages sent, but by the quality of conversations and qualified meetings booked.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze companies, decision-makers, and prospects to determine whether they match our ICPs.
  • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to research companies, identify business challenges, and personalize outreach.
  • Understand the prospect’s business, background, role, and potential pain points before initiating conversations.
  • Adapt our Healthcare products and software development services to different ICPs and business cases.
  • Create highly personalized LinkedIn outreach messages that feel authentic and relevant.
  • Manage conversations after prospects reply.
  • Handle positive, neutral, and negative responses with confidence.
  • Create customized follow-up sequences that move prospects toward a Discovery/Demo Call with our Sales Manager or CEO.
  • Continuously analyze messaging performance and suggest improvements.
  • Identify new ICPs, messaging angles, and outreach opportunities to improve overall outbound performance.

 

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, SDR, or Outbound Sales.
  • Strong analytical thinking and business research skills.
  • Daily experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools as part of your workflow.
  • Ability to quickly understand different industries, companies, and buyer personas.
  • Experience writing personalized outreach rather than template-based mass messaging.
  • Strong written English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher).
  • Ability to keep conversations moving toward booked meetings.
  • Curiosity, ownership, and a proactive mindset.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Healthcare IT or software development services.
  • Understanding of US Healthcare ecosystem.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience working with AI-assisted outbound workflows.
  • Knowledge of outbound KPIs and conversion optimization.
