We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Webinar Program & Marketing Coordinator to support our international HR community webinar program.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the webinar process from speaker confirmation to event completion.
- Communicate with speakers in professional English and guide them through the preparation process.
- Collect speaker information, biographies, photos, presentation details, and other required materials.
- Track deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure every webinar stays on schedule.
- Follow up proactively, identify risks early, and solve issues before they impact delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all webinar content is published and promoted on time.

- Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Takes ownership and proactively solves problems.
- Is comfortable following up with people and communicating clear expectations.
- Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communicates confidently in English (written and spoken).
- Works independently and is focused on achieving results.
What We Offer
- Fully remote, part-time position (approximately 5โ10 hours per week).
- Flexible schedule.
- Compensation of $7/hour.
