We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Webinar Program & Marketing Coordinator to support our international HR community webinar program.

 

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the webinar process from speaker confirmation to event completion.
  • Communicate with speakers in professional English and guide them through the preparation process.
  • Collect speaker information, biographies, photos, presentation details, and other required materials.
  • Track deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure every webinar stays on schedule.
  • Follow up proactively, identify risks early, and solve issues before they impact delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all webinar content is published and promoted on time.

 

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Takes ownership and proactively solves problems.
  • Is comfortable following up with people and communicating clear expectations.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communicates confidently in English (written and spoken).
  • Works independently and is focused on achieving results.

 

What We Offer

  • Fully remote, part-time position (approximately 5โ€“10 hours per week).
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Compensation of $7/hour.
