This is a role for a  professional who has experience in B2B sales and is interested in working with technical products.

You will work with potential customers, manage communication across different channels, conduct discovery calls and product demos, keep CRM data structured, follow up with prospects, and help move deals through the sales process.

This role may be a good fit for someone who enjoys client communication, understands how to build trust with prospects, is comfortable working independently, and is interested in learning a technical product deeply enough to explain its value to customers.

You will not be alone in this direction: there is already a specialist who knows the product and current sales context and will be able to support you during onboarding. At the same time, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of the full-time sales role and help develop the process further.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with potential customers through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Generate and develop leads through LinkedIn and relevant outreach channels
  • Conduct discovery calls with potential customers
  • Run product demos for technical and business audiences
  • Manage leads, deals, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Keep CRM data accurate and structured
  • Follow up with prospects and track next steps
  • Help move deals through the sales process
  • Learn the product, its use cases, and customer value
  • Work closely with the Founder / CEO and internal team
  • Support customer communication after closing when needed
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or further account development
     

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, product, or technical services
  • Experience with outbound communication and LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience conducting discovery calls and/or product demos
  • Strong written and spoken English for communication with international customers
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to manage several conversations and follow-ups at the same time
  • Strong attention to detail and good ownership of tasks
  • Interest in technical products and willingness to understand the product deeply

  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM
  • Experience with international markets
  • Experience with account management, upsell, or cross-sell
