Use Case Developer (Junior AI Automation Engineer)

Our project: 
The platform that digitalizes operational workflows in complex, highly regulated industries (maritime, offshore, energy, and healthcare).

Role Summary:

You'll work at the intersection of product and engineering, turning business requirements into automated workflows using our AI-powered automation engine. You'll collaborate with product owners, validate AI-generated logic, fix issues in code when needed, and help improve the automation platform over time.

You'll be supported by experienced senior engineers who will mentor and review your work as you grow.

What You'll Do:

• Gather and clarify requirements with internal product owners.
• Build automation use cases using our AI engine.
• Review and validate AI-generated logic.
• Debug and fix workflow logic using JavaScript and Python.
• Provide feedback to improve AI-generated results.
• Contribute to the development of the automation engine.
   

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and ability to clarify business requirements.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and Python.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output.
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
• English - Upper-Intermediate.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience with Git and Jira (or similar tools).
• Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD.
• Interest in maritime or operational data systems.
