We're looking for someone who enjoys partnering with customers, solving complex business challenges, and leading implementation projects from kickoff through successful adoption.

This is a hybrid role that combines Project Management, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Account Management.

What you'll do

As the primary point of contact during implementation, you'll become a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them from project kickoff to successful product adoption.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading customer implementation and pilot projects from kickoff to successful launch
  • Building trusted relationships with customers and guiding them toward successful product adoption
  • Understanding customers' business processes and configuring the platform to maximize business value and ROI
  • Coordinating technical integrations with both our engineering team and the customer's technical stakeholders
  • Managing project timelines, risks, expectations, and communication across all stakeholders
  • Delivering onboarding sessions and user training
  • Monitoring product adoption and measuring business outcomes
  • Preparing reports and presentations that demonstrate project success and ROI
  • Collaborating closely with the Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to continuously improve the customer experience

We're looking for someone who has

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, Solutions Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS or IT company
  • Advanced English (C1+) with excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to translate business requirements into structured implementation plans
  • A solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS products (you don't need to be an engineer, but you should feel comfortable discussing technical topics)
  • A high level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI or Machine Learning products
  • Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Experience working with Contact Centers, Speech Analytics, CRM platforms, or Customer Experience (CX) solutions
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
