Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a talented, hard-working, and ambitious lawyer to join our legal team.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• Advanced or fluent English, including strong legal drafting skills;

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience in an IT company or a top-tier law firm;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Initiative and willingness to work on a broad range of legal matters and think creatively when resolving complex legal issues;

• Hard-working, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience as an in-house lawyer in an IT company;

• Knowledge of the US legal and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and analyzing potential legal risks across the company’s jurisdictions of operation, with a particular focus on the USA and Canada;

• Drafting, reviewing, and revising commercial contracts and other legal documents, including Order Forms, NDAs, and service agreements;

• Managing legal and administrative matters related to the company’s Diia.City residency, including ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable requirements;

• Providing day-to-day legal support for the company’s business activities and operations.
