ORM Team Lead / Senior ORM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ORM specialist to take ownership of the online reputation of a fast-growing B2C fintech product.

What you'll do

• Build and execute ORM strategy
• Manage brand reputation across Google, review platforms, forums and social media
• Monitor and respond to reputation threats
• Improve branded search results (SERM)
• Collaborate with SEO, PR, Marketing and Legal teams
• Create processes and reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years of ORM/SERM experience
• Strong understanding of Google Search and review platforms
• Experience in fintech, crypto, iGaming or other high-risk industries
• Crisis reputation management experience
• Ukrainian and English
